The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options. The service during breakfast was excellent as well, with attentive and friendly staff. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to Trinity College and Grafton Street. This made it convenient for exploring the city and shopping.

The noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome, especially during the night. The lack of soundproofing in the rooms meant that I could hear various activities happening outside.

Our room was located in the basement, which came as a surprise and was a bit of a letdown. We were also woken up one night by someone banging on the hotel's street door.

This accommodation is perfectly located for business travelers as it is so near to the centre, with bus and Starbucks nearby, and easy to get to the main tourist attractions. The furnishing in the bedroom is quite good quality, and the historic building has some interesting artwork. The breakfast is very good and there are many places to eat nearby.

The lack of an elevator may concern those with mobility issues.

I particularly loved the rooms with large windows close to the pavement, although keeping the blinds closed maintained privacy. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. And let's not forget the breakfast included for early risers - although a croissant or pastry option would have been a nice addition.

One downside is the construction site view from certain rooms, but it doesn't take away from the overall positive experience.

I was amazed at the central location of this hotel. It was ideal to catch buses at stops just a few steps from the front door. I was never bothered by the building works which were taking place 50 yards away, and I also appreciate that the hotel provided parking facilities. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more nice. Mynice and neat room had great furnishing and a large bathroom. One of the highlights of this hotel was the breakfast, which impressed me with its fresh orange juice and locally-sourced produce.

The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was fantastic and offered a wide variety of options. The value for money was excellent, with all the extras included, such as books to read. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
